Regarding contrast paints, I really like Frostheart blue and Thalassar blue, amazing shades that are great to highlight contrasting elements in EC miniatures. I´ve also been tempted to try their contrast magents (can´t recall the name), but I still haven´t. Still, I think it could look really well.

I mean, there is an absolute LOT to be excited about, certainly! And the future looks good imo, we just need some more units and we´ll be golden. But given all the years of waiting, finally having our codex and our gorgeous new minis is good indeed!

I had never seen that sculpt before, it is so amazing! And really shows how rooted in their origins the current sculpts are. Thanks for sharing this, really inspiring, and it always good to see the amazing work of Juan Díaz, father of the best daemonettes ever.

Yup, the new mkIII are going to be great to convert tormentors and infractors, same as mkVI.

So many amazing minis! The converted marines riding cold ones are specially cool, remind me of the good ol´ seeker riding slaaneshi marines (which I still some day we get back or at least can get back as converted bikers or some other thing).

The combination works so well, looks great! I imagine that in future iterances of Black legion armies they´ll get access to some of our units (noise marines, probably).

I wonder if this will keep happening again in the future lol

Same here! For my chaos marine I had the colour scheme of the slaaneshi warband I´m painting right now! For the loyalist I used Dark Angels and Crimson Fists, best chapters and most interesting imo.
