I love this guy's concept and want to build him... but im not so sure how I should do it. I was going for a Obliterator with a Goliath Zerker arm... but it felt to big and inhumane. Then I'm thinking a terminator/khorn berserker with parts from a stimmer, maybe that would work better.. ans...
