This reads so intentionally marketed to oversell Fulgrim, but doesn't provide the stats and rolls made to achieve these results. Plus I'm pretty sure all these interactions have already been disproven as either statistically unlikely or nearly impossible.
Ironically enough, I think the only fight tipped in Fulgrim's favor is the Warhound Titan as long as it's not equipped with flamers.

After those World Eater leaks, I understand why they previously said Fulgrim beat Angron every time.
Man I feel bad for WE players, they really got screwed this edition with only one new character, a kill team, and pretty terrible rules/nerfs.
