As is likely fairly obvious this is my regular posting account, I'll save the administrator account for regular site functions.

Hobby Focus	- Semi-competitive beer hammer and 1-2 GTs per year. - With no army to paint display level painting aiming to improve to competitive level.
How long following Slaanesh	- Approaching 28 years, since 1996.
How was I seduced?	- That original Noise Marine. - Sex, drugs and rock and roll to pre-teen seemed all kids of edgy. - Add in the colour and lore on perfection and I was gone.
Other armies / system	- Blood Bowl, though I haven't played for a few years now. - Other than that all manner of card and board, and specialist games when I get the chance.
Other Communities	- Mostly just closed friend groups. - EC reddit is the main one, occasional drop into EC discord.
Something Interesting / odd	- I was the 1st Northern Irish Pokemon championdhip in 2000 (and on the local news!). Free Nintendo paid trip to London and reached UK quarter finals.
Hope for SWT	Welcome to She Who Thirsts - site launch and purpose She Who Thirsts Welcome followers of the Dark Prince! As of the time of writing (17th April 2024) I'm gearing up to launch the site, having completed the basic structure and forum setup and now focusing on filling out all the initial planned content. • How long have you walked with the Dark Prince? Since, as a 10 year old child, I got my hands on a CSM codex.
• What brought you into the arms of Slaanesh. Too many things.
• Other armies / systems you play. Used to collect and play Craftworlds, but their lore sucks more with every new novel.

How was I seduced?	- Color scheme - Noise Marines - The weird BDSM aesthetic - The concept of demi-gods who have turned into drug addicts who have lost all feeling from life except when pushed to the highest extremes -Obsession and addiction are upsetting to me, so the Emperor's Children are the most disturbing chaos space marine faction in my opinion
Other Armies/Systems	- I love all things Chaos Space Marine! (I have only just started painting EC, don't have any other projects currently) (The vast majority of the lore I consume is somehow related to CSM)
Other Communities	- A couple of friends who are into Warhammer lore as well

• What brought you into the arms of Slaanesh. Fell in love with the demon models and have been slowly building a csm force waiting for a real ec codex.

• Other Communities, EC or otherwise, you visit. I'm a chaos fan boy so I am in many of the reddits.

• How long have you walked with the Dark Prince? Outside of thinking the looked rad in White Dwarf when I was a kid, about 2019/20 with a homebrew Chaos warband. This shifted to EC(and Raven Guard as an opposite) for Heresy when the new box came out, and spiralled out of control since...
• What brought you into the arms of Slaanesh: The whole vibe and vibrant colours.
• Other armies / systems you play: I'm mostly a collector so I have bits of stuff for most factions and such. Vast majority shamefully grey.
• Other Communities, EC or otherwise, you visit: Reddit, as PoxedGamer, but not a very fitting username for here...
• Something interesting about you: I engrave and erect(hehe) headstones for a living. People find that interesting, I guess.
• What you hope to gain / would like to see from She Who Thirsts: Fun chat and cool minis shared would be nice. Guess perhaps it might be more suitable for regularly posting hobby stuff, updates, wips, etc, without feeling like you'd be spamming the Reddit sub.

• Other armies you play: My main army is Harlequins + Craftworld Eldar (Currently "Aeldari", RIP my Harlequin codex!). I have a collection of Slaanesh Daemons as well. Have been waiting until the codex to start collecting EC

Hey people. I'm Josh/Hydra83 and I live in North Wales. I've been into Warhammer for about 35 out of my 41 years of life and it's safe to say that I have a serious addiction! I'm mainly interested in Horus Heresy (both scales) and The Old World, although I have a pile of shame so extensive it is frankly ridiculous and now have multiple armies for the majority of GW's games, past and present.

I played Emperor's Children for years and they were my only army for a long time, but the army was scraped together from very heavily painted and/or broken stuff I was given for free, so have after the 5th edition codex killed most of the converted units I'd made, it was cheaper and easier to just start afresh with loyalist marines and pray that one day we'd get some real attention. My main army is now Alpha Legion and I may have got a rather large tattoo of one of their emblems on my chest, but Slaanesh has always had a place in my weird and geeky heart. I'm so stupidly excited about this release and it's going to be amazing to finally get the perverts in pink back in action!

Not sure what to say after all that waffling, but looking forward to seeing/hearing what you guys are/have been up to and thank you for having me.

Hello my fellow devotees of excess! I'm James and I started getting into WH40k only a couple years ago despite knowing about it since I was a child. Finally bit the bullet, read into some of the lore, and it was over for me after that. As for other tabletop hobbies, I've a long-running D&D playgroup, and I also run F.I.S.T. with another group of friends.
Currently building a pink CSM army in the form of The Exquisite Host because I wasn't impressed with the EC codex

• What brought you into the arms of Slaanesh? Noise Marines. From the moment I first found out about them I instantly fell in love with Emperor's Children and everything revolving the chapter.
• Other armies / systems you play: Exquisite Host (CSM), Farsight Enclaves (T'au Empire), and planning to start work on a freebooterz-centric Ork army in the future. Also wanting to dip my feet into AoS with a Gloomspite Gitz army some day.
